A classic old pal, with a salute to Al Capone and his favorite rye! One of the first cocktails calling for Campari as an ingredient, the old pal is for “champagne tastes and beer pockets.” Templeton rye, dolin dry, Campari, flamed lemon. 10

Tom and Jerry
As Jerry Thomas said himself, “If you’ll only bear with me for five minutes, I’ll fix you up a drink that’ll do your heart-strings good.” After naming it in honor of himself, the classic winter cocktail was born! Martell brandy, house-made egg batter, warm h2o, topped with fresh nutmeg. 9

INSPIRED ELIXIRS

Herbie Dale
This drink is the product of an accident and a good cocktail experience. It blends Jim Beam rye whiskey, Cynar, Benedictine, fresh lemon, bar syrup, and muddled mint. Refreshing whiskey at its best. 9

Biddy
Passed down through many bartenders in Atlanta, this recipe seems to be the favorite. Bulleit bourbon, sugar cane syrup, fresh lime, muddled mint and cucumber complete this cocktail. 10

No Sex in the Rainbow Room
Our version of the classic cosmopolitan appropriately named from the stories of its origin. Madonna was served one of these cocktails by famed mixologist Dale Degroff at the Rainbow Room in NYC and later the drink gained more fame through television. Our version contains Hangar Vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime and cranberry juices. Garnished with a flamed orange. 9

Yellow Fever
This really is a beautiful cocktail. Used here are Partida Reposado tequila, St. Germain elderflower liquer, yellow chartreuse, and orange bitters. A long lemon twist is added, then things get elegant. 11

ITALIAN COCKTAILS

Daisy's Passion
Cibo’s entry into the 2012 Atlanta Campari competition makes it’s way to the menu. Crafted by our own Matt Bruns, it deserves much more than just it’s competition status. Taking form of a traditional “daisy” cocktail, the name references the red passion advertising campaign done in Campari’s first run at the United States market. Muddled orange, Flor de Cana white rum, Campari, sugar, balsamic vinegar, house made soda. 11

Stanley Park
With this drink we salute a former member of our team of talented Cibo barkeeps. Derived from the classic Toronto, Michael “SQRLZ” Searles left us this one piece of his Atlanta legacy. We wish you well in your future cocktail endeavors to be played out in our nation’s capital. Fresh lemon, sugar cane syrup, redemption rye, dolin blanc, fernet branca, flamed orange. 11

Negroni
This classic Italian cocktail has been tweaked for taste. Our version contains Ransom gin, Punt e mes italian sweet vermouth, and Campari. A horseneck orange garnish provides the aromatic. 10
